Hi, no problem. If you order the knocking in service online, just add a note in the 'additional notes' section to advise that this is what is happening.

Hi Ian, there are 2 ways to do this. If you live locally to us you could bring them into our store in Loughborough. If this isn't possible then you could order the service online and forward the bats to us at our Loughborough address.

Is it possible to send 2 bats for knocking in? One has a bit of damage to the toe but I’m not concerned about it and I’m gunna use it until it dies. The other is brand new and I’d rather it gets professionally knocked in instead of me doing it

Hi, we would assess it first and if it has already been oiled we probably wouldn't oil it again as it would risk deadening the fibres of the willow.

Hi, I’ve got two used bats that need re-knocking in, (one hasn’t been used for several years), and both have face guards on. Are you able to do your knocking in service on both of these bats, and how much would it be? Thanks.

Hi, knocking in normally costs £20 per bat but if you can get them to us and it doesn't take as long they would be closer to £15 per bat.

Hi, we just fit the clear anti scuff after knocking in, we don't have an alternative covering. We don't sell any bats that are ready knocked in.

With gm's they say they sat they are pre knocked in with an anti scuff sheet but I was advised to knock it in more, would you be able to do that with the same service?

Yes, we would also recommend some gentle 'playing in' with a good quality old ball in the nets for a few sessions as well.
