A standard Adult size would be correct.

Hi, can the padded inserts be taken out? I’m 5ft 2in, what size would fit me best? Or is there a size guide I can look at? Many thanks :)

Hi, the inserts can be removed and we would recommend the small adult size.

Hi, not for this particular model, we do supply the Kookaburra replacement shorts without padding however which would work with the GM padding.

Hi, the shorts are ambidextrous so fine for either a right of left hander. We would recommend a Large size for a 36" waist.
