Talent Cricket was established in 1992, and we are located in the heart of the midlands in Loughborough, Leicestershire. We can be found just five minutes from either junction 23 or 24 of the M1 (link to map), and we have parking right outside the door of our 1250sq ft showroom which is open all year round. Amongst the services we offer are a widely used bat repair service (over 1000 per year), a "knocking in" service (free on selected bats), a growing club clothing service, and also the free help and advice that is always on hand from our experienced staff at Talent Cricket. Over the years we have built up strong working relationships with all manufacturers and only provide the very best quality equipment. We have our reputation to think of, so we would never consider selling goods that we didn't have absolute faith in, or were incorrect for the individual. | Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Electron. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling <Normal delivery times are between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. At present we only deliver and accept orders from within the UK. Our delivery costs are £3.95 per order for all local deliveries (LE and CV postcodes), and £5.95 per order for anywhere else in mainland UK and Northern Ireland. For orders to the Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland delivery is £9.95 per order. If the order you have placed exceeds the value of £100 your delivery is FREE! All of these services requires a signature upon delivery please. For delivery overseas please contact us with your requirements and we will issue you with a shipping quote. > |
| Delivery Schedule We will acknowledge receipt of you order within 24 hours and deliver your order right away. If for any reason your requested product(s) aren't in stock we will contact you within 24 hours to advise you, and offer alternatives or the option of waiting until the product(s) are in stock. We will normally send your order to you within <4> business days, this is 2 days for local LE and CV postcode deliveries. We are unable to deliver at weekends and during Bank Holidays. If you are away from home during the hours of 9am and 5.30pm an alternative delivery address can be arranged, but a signature will still be required on delivery. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you or offer you an alternative. You will always be emailed within 24 hours with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait or take the alternative option. |
